    With an individualized approach, Danielle assesses and creates a treatment plan to help clients reach their personal goals. Danielle creates a warm, supportive environment where clients learn concrete tools to help them sustain success after therapy. Her compassion and empathy allows her to build relationships with teens to facilitate growth.

    Danielle works with children as well as the parents to promote change in the child as well as the entire family. She provide individual, family and group therapy. Danielle uses a personalized approach with each family and adjusts her style to meet their needs. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Family Systems.


    Danielle Selvin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

    Danielle’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Chapman University, a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Danielle’s experience has included working with at risk teens in a continuation school, teens with chronic mental illness in a community mental health setting, and with teens of divorced parents.     Being passionate about her career choice and working with teens and feels fortunate to have been in private practice since 2013.  For fun, Danielle enjoys going to the beach, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
